Wash, prepare and slice the champions
Peel the onion and cut into cubes
Steam the onions in the butter until they are slightly glassy, add the champions and roast briefly while turning. Then add the rice, mix everything well and pour in the broth. Cover and simmer over a small fire until firm to the bite.
In the meantime, cut the zucchini into cubes (remove the ends) and mix with the champion rice
Butter the gratin dish very well and preheat the oven to 200 degrees
In a bowl, crush the cream cheese, add the eggs and stir well, add the cream and mix in a little salt and pepper
Pour the zucchini champion rice into the gratin dish and pour the topping over it. On top some grated cheese (depending on taste)
