Zucchini Rice Gratin

Ingredients

  • 250 g Champion brown
  • 1 Fresh onion
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 250 g Parabolic rice
  • 5 dL Broth
  • 550 g Zucchini fresh
  • 100 g Cream cheese with pepper
  • 2 Egg
  • 2 dL Cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Grated cheese

Instructions

  • Wash, prepare and slice the champions
  • Peel the onion and cut into cubes
  • Steam the onions in the butter until they are slightly glassy, ​​add the champions and roast briefly while turning. Then add the rice, mix everything well and pour in the broth. Cover and simmer over a small fire until firm to the bite.
  • In the meantime, cut the zucchini into cubes (remove the ends) and mix with the champion rice
  • Butter the gratin dish very well and preheat the oven to 200 degrees
  • In a bowl, crush the cream cheese, add the eggs and stir well, add the cream and mix in a little salt and pepper
  • Pour the zucchini champion rice into the gratin dish and pour the topping over it. On top some grated cheese (depending on taste)
  • We had a fine salad with it
