Saithe Fillet Asian

Ingredients

  • 2 Pollack fillet
  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • 1 bunch Spring onions
  • 1 can Asian mixed vegetables
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Fish sauce
  • Roasting tube
  • Chives, basil

Instructions

  • Drain the mixed vegetables. Chop the mushrooms and spring onions into small pieces. Mix the soy and fish sauce and mix the vegetables in it. Season with pepper.
  • Put the saithe in a roasting tube, spread the vegetable mixture and herbs on top. Close the roasting tube and place on a baking sheet. In the preheated oven at 200 Gard for about 20 minutes. ferment.
