Mango and Melon Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 Mango
  • 1 Cantaloupe melon
  • 500 ml Natural drinking yoghurt, low in fat
  • 1 tbsp Honey liquid
  • 2 tbsp Lemon balm fresh

Instructions

  • Peel the mango and remove the pulp from the core.
  • Halve the melon and remove the core with a spoon. Cut the fruit into wedges and cut the flesh out of the skin with a knife.
  • Wash lemon balm leaves and dry.
  • Put the fruits, yoghurt, honey and lemon balm in a blender and puree.
  • Alternatively, puree the mixture with a hand blender in a tall container.
