Fried Almonds

Ingredients

  • Almonds
  • Sugar
  • Water
  • 1 Packet of vanillin sugar

Instructions

  • Put the 200g sugar in a pan, add 100ml water and sprinkle the vanilla sugar packet on top. Heat the whole thing on the highest level of the stove. Simmer until the sugar can no longer be seen (looks like water). Then add the mangles, from now on the only thing left to do is stir from the outside inwards. Until it becomes a solid mass. Then quickly take the pan off the stove and place the almonds on baking paper and spread them. Let it cool down and you're done
