- 300 g Pork tenderloin
- 1 Bratwurst Thuringian style
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 6 leaves Basil
- 2 sprigs Thyme
- 2 sprigs Lemon thyme
- 5 leaves Sage
- 1 sprig Rosemary
- 1 sheet Parsley crispy fresh
- 5 slices Pancetta
Cut the side of the pork fillet and cut it open like a roulade, so that the pork fillet lies in a rectangular shape on the board.
