Wild Berry Quark Layered Dessert

For the curd
- 500 g Low fat quark
- 250 g Greek yogurt 10% fat
- 1 Vanilla sugar
- Sugar to taste
- 0,5 Orange - juice
- 0,5 Orange - abrasion
- 0,5 Lemon zest

- 750 g Forest berries TK

- 3 tbsp Roasted almond flakes
- Mint
Let the wild berries thaw, pour off the juice if necessary, sweeten with a little sugar depending on your taste ... use a hand blender 2-3 times through the fruit to create a creamy sauce and set aside.
Mix all the quark ingredients together until creamy.
Fill the quark and berry mix alternately into glasses, sprinkle with the almonds and decorate with the mint.
