Punch with Apricots

Ingredients

  • 0,5 can Apricot / apricot
  • 10 Cocktail cherries
  • 15 sheet Lemon balm fresh
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 200 ml Apricot juice
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Brandy e.g. Mariacron
  • 37,5 cl Grand Vine de Bordeau Sauternes

Alternatively.

  • 37,5 cl Riesling dry
  • 0,2 cl Prosecco sparkling wine

Instructions

Apricots:

  • Cut the apricots into strips and place in a carafe.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and then refrigerate for 2 hours.
