Cooking: Pangasius Fillet Fried with Coconut Turmeric Sauce

- 2 Pangasius fillets
- 1 can Unsweetened coconut milk
- 2 Carrot
- 1 bunch Spring onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Yellow curry paste
- Soy sauce
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp Flour
- Oil
- Clarified butter
Cut the carrots into small strips and fry in oil, add the spring onions and the garlic, sprinkle with turmeric and sweat the curry paste well.
Top up everything with the coconut milk and season with the other ingredients.
Salt and pepper the fish in flour and fry in hot clarified butter.
