Cooking: Pangasius Fillet Fried with Coconut Turmeric Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 Pangasius fillets
  • 1 can Unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 Carrot
  • 1 bunch Spring onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Yellow curry paste
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • Oil
  • Clarified butter

Instructions

  • Cut the carrots into small strips and fry in oil, add the spring onions and the garlic, sprinkle with turmeric and sweat the curry paste well.
  • Top up everything with the coconut milk and season with the other ingredients.
  • Salt and pepper the fish in flour and fry in hot clarified butter.
