- 1 roll Puff pastry
- 1 handful Fresh wild garlic approx. 30 g
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 2 tbsp Cream
- 150 g Sliced cooked ham
- 1 Egg
- Salt pepper
Spread the puff pastry out on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Mix the cream cheese with the cream, season with salt and pepper.
Wash the wild garlic and pat dry.
Spread the cream cheese on the dough, spread the ham slices on top.
Halve the wild garlic once across and place on top.
