Salad: Fried Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 400 g Waxy potatoes from the day before
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Romaine lettuce
  • 125 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 0,5 Cucumber fresh
  • 75 g Feta
  • 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 0,5 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Mustard hot
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill

Instructions

  • Peel the potato and cut into thin slices. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, fry the potato slices. Rinse off the lettuce and pluck the leaves smaller if you like. Prepare the vegetables, peel the cucumber and cut into slices. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Dice the feta.
  • For the marinade, stir together the vinegar, mustard, sugar and the rest of the oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Season the potato. Arrange salad with tomato and cucumber on plate. Put the potato on top. Drizzle with the dressing and sprinkle with the feta. Enjoy your meal!
