  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 250 g Butter
  • 1 Grated lemon
  • 3 tbsp Coconut flakes
  • 4 Eggs
  • 250 ml Milk
  • Coconut flakes for baking pan

Instructions

  • Mix the sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs until frothy. Then add the butter and continue to stir until frothy.
