Soup: Onion Soup

Ingredients

  • 5 Onions
  • 1 tbsp Clarified butter
  • 125 ml White wine
  • 400 ml Chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp Sweet paprika
  • Salt and pepper
  • Nutmeg
  • 4 slices Toast
  • 50 g Grated cheese

Instructions

  • Cut the onions into slices and fry them in clarified butter, add a pinch of sugar and sauté briefly and stir in the paprika. Deglaze with the wine and fill up with the stock, then cook everything well.
  • Roast the toast, fill the soup into bowls, then add the bread and the cheese on top and bake.
