Turkey Meat Patties (histamine-free)

- 500 g Minced turkey
- 1 Egg
- 1 slice Yeast-Free spelled bread
- 4 stem Chopped parsley
- 1 Fresh onion
- 1 clove Chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp Sweet paprika powder
Soak the bread and squeeze it out
Dice the onion and sauté lightly in a little fat
Finely dice the garlic and briefly add to the fat
Mix the minced meat, bread mixture, onions, garlic with the egg and chopped parsley thoroughly, then season well with salt, pepper and paprika powder
Shape beautiful meatballs / mince steaks / meat cakes with moistened hands and fry them in hot fat for about 5-7 minutes on each side
