Roast Beef on Italian Country Bread on Salad with Homemade Aioli

Ingredients

  • 800 g Roast beef
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Italian country bread

Aioli

  • 200 g Mayonnaise
  • 150 g Yogurt
  • 5 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 pinch Salt

salad

  • 1 Lettuce leaves
  • 3 tbsp Mushrooms
  • 200 g Pine nuts

Instructions

  • Cut the top and bottom of the roast beef in a net shape and fry it in a pan in oil. Place the meat on a baking sheet and pour the gravy from the pan over it and cook at 160 ° C. The meat is perfect when it is still slightly pink on the inside.

Aioli

  • Mix all the ingredients for the aioli and let it steep overnight.

Leaf lettuce

  • Clean the lettuce and place in a bowl. Also clean the mushrooms, cut into slices and add to the salad. Mix with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper (or any other dressing if you like).
  • Now cut the bread into even slices and place a slice of roast beef on top of each bread. Arrange the salad next to it and serve the aioli with it.
