Roast Beef on Italian Country Bread on Salad with Homemade Aioli

- 800 g Roast beef
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 Italian country bread
Aioli
- 200 g Mayonnaise
- 150 g Yogurt
- 5 Garlic cloves chopped
- 1 pinch Salt

- 1 Lettuce leaves
- 3 tbsp Mushrooms
- 200 g Pine nuts
Leaf lettuce
Clean the lettuce and place in a bowl. Also clean the mushrooms, cut into slices and add to the salad. Mix with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper (or any other dressing if you like).
Now cut the bread into even slices and place a slice of roast beef on top of each bread. Arrange the salad next to it and serve the aioli with it.
