Salmon in Lemon Sauce with Jasmine Rice

Ingredients

Salmon and rice

  • 400 g Basmati rice
  • 4 Salmon fillet
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tbsp Butter

sauce

  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 pinch Lemon pepper
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions

  • Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet. Salt, pepper, fry the salmon fillets in butter and keep warm in aluminum foil.
  • For the sauce, add a little more butter to the frying fat. Stir in the flour and deglaze with cream.
  • Bring to the boil a few times. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt and lemon pepper.
