Spicy New Year's Eve, Snack for in Between

Total Time1 hour 50 minutes
Servings: 20 people

Ingredients

  • 500 g Potato floury boiling jacket potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Boiled carrots
  • 4 tbsp Potato flour
  • 1 pinch Ground white pepper
  • 1 pinch Sea salt fine
  • 1 pinch Chilli (cayenne pepper)
  • 4 drops Garlic oil

Instructions

  • Peel the potatoes and process them into a dough with the carrots and potato flour in the food processor. Season the dough with the spices to taste.
  • Now add a few drops (to taste) of the garlic oil and stir in. Then pour the dough into a piping bag.
  • Spray on small crowns, the pictures explain it), the above amount makes 2 baking trays. Bake at 150 degrees for about 20 minutes, swapping the trays at the same time.
  • Now turn the temperature down to 100 degrees, hold the oven door ajar with a wooden spoon. Leave to dry until they are no longer soft to the touch. Turn off the oven and let it dry a little longer.
  • We make these snaks for guests (like today on New Year's Eve). They are always eaten in between meals. The snaks are even more popular if they are offered in different colors, e.g. green with basil, etc.

  • This is a recipe from my loved ones. I was allowed to use the piping bag.
