Herring Tip Andreas Art with Mandarins

Servings: 2 people

Ingredients

  • 4 Cream donuts from the fishmonger without anything
  • 1,5 Pickled cucumber pickled
  • 1 Belle de Boskoop Apples
  • 1 Fresh onion
  • 2 Fresh, seedless mandarins
  • Some cucumber stock
  • 2 Thick slices of snake cucumber
  • Black pepper, pinch of dill
  • 12 tbsp Natural yoghurt
  • 1 Mug of sour cream, low in calories
  • Jacket potatoes for 2 people
  • 100 g Smoked bacon
  • Coffee milk
  • Margarine for frying

Instructions

  • Cut the cucumber very small. Chop the onion. Work the apple with the chopping knife. Peel the mandarins and cut the individual wedges into thirds. Escaping juice comes into d. Sauce. Mix everything together with the yogurt and sour cream. Fold in the herrings as a whole. Dilute with coffee milk if necessary. I like it a little more fluid.
  • Remove the skin potatoes from the skin. Toast the bacon with a little margarine. (I need the fat for the jacket potatoes). Take the bacon out of the pan without any fat and roast the jacket potatoes - it's just delicious.
