Home-smoked Jauntal Ham on Honeydew Melon (Larissa Marolt)

Ingredients

  • 400 g Jauntaler smoked ham
  • 1 Honeydew melon
  • 1 Sweet melon fresh
  • 1 shot Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 shot Pumpkin seed oil
  • 300 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 1 Ciabatta

Instructions

  • Cut the Jauntaler smoked ham into wafer-thin slices and place on a plate. Arrange the lettuce with balsamic vinegar and pumpkin seed oil in the middle. Cut out balls from the melons and place on the ham. Serve with ciabatta bread.
