Stock: Orange Ganache Made from White Chocolate
Servings: 10 people
- 200 g Couverture white
- 30 g Butter
- 50 ml Cream
- 4 drops Orange oil
Cut the couverture into small pieces.
Bring butter and cream to a boil and remove from heat. Dissolve the couverture in it.
Add orange oil and then refrigerate for at least four to five hours.
I filled my butter cookies with this cream. (Cookies: butter stuff for lazy people according to great-grandmother Frieda)
