Salmon with Soy Cream on Sweet Potato Mirror
Servings: 2 people
- 400 g Salmon fillet
- 250 ml Soy cream
- 500 g Sweet potatoes
- 1 bunch Dill, if necessary TK
- Salt and pepper
Green salad
- 1 Batavia lettuce
- 50 g Chopped walnuts
- 100 g Fresh raspberries
- 150 g Natural yoghurt
- Salt and pepper
Sear the salmon on one side and deglaze with cream. Add the chopped dill. Put the pan in the oven and let it steep for another 20 minutes at 150 ° C.
Peel and cook the sweet potatoes. Cut one half into very thin slices and cut the other half into small pieces. Season to taste with salt & pepper.
