Spicy Apple Soup

Ingredients

  • 4 Apples
  • 2 Red pepper
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Garlic clove crushed
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 0,75 L Meatsoup
  • Rose paprika powder, salt, pepper, chives
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 1 tsp Sugar

  • Peel and core the cucumber and apples, then cut them into small cubes with the peppers. Sauté the whole thing with the pressed garlic clove in butter until soft. Pour in the meat stock and cook vigorously. Then puree everything with the hand blender - season with salt, pepper, paprika powder and sugar, add the cream and bring to the boil again. Serve with chives and paprika strips and enjoy hot.
