Colorful Potato and Vegetable Pan

Ingredients

  • 600 g Potato
  • 2 Paprika (red + yellow)
  • 300 g Kabanossi sausage
  • 2 stalks Leek
  • Oil, salt, pepper
  • 75 g Olives
  • Chives,
  • As a dip potato cream

Instructions

  • Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cook them in boiling water for about 20 minutes until they are soft. Drain, rinse and cut the potatoes in half. Clean and wash the peppers and cut into pieces. Possibly remove the sausage from the skin and cut into slices. Clean, wash and cut the leek into pieces.
  • Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the prepared vegetables with the potatoes in them for 5–6 minutes, turning them, season with salt and pepper, remove.
  • Place the sausage in the hot frying fat and fry for 3–4 minutes while turning. Add the vegetables and olives and fry another 3–4 minutes. Season again to taste. Sprinkle the chives over the pan and serve. and potato cream tastes wonderful with it
