Red Hot Chilli Chicken with Noodles

Chicken marinade
- 2 tbsp Chili oil
- 1 tsp Chili Sauce (Sambal Oelek)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Colorful pepper
- 2 pinch Cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp Coriander
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika
- 2 Clove of garlic

- 1 Tomato
- 1 Red peppers
- 1 Peperoncini
- 1 tsp Salt
preparation
- 2 Chicken breasts
- 1 Onion
- 2 tbsp Tomato puree
- 1 dL Chicken bouillon
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
preparation
Cut the onion and sauté in olive oil until translucent. Add the marinated chicken pieces and fry them. Add the tomato puree and mix well. Deglaze with the chicken stock. Add the vegetables and simmer for about 15 minutes. In the meantime, cook the pasta in salted water.
If you don't like it too spicy, leave out the sambal oelek. Possibly also the peperoncini.
