Winter Yogurt Cake

Ingredients

  • 100 g Butter
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 5 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 200 g Gingerbread yogurt
  • 300 g Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder

Instructions

  • Mix the margarine with the sugar and vanilla sugar well, then stir in the eggs one by one. Stir in yoghurt and finally stir in the flour / baking powder mixture briefly, pour into a greased tube base insert of the springform pan and bake in an oven preheated to 150 ° C for about 50 minutes. Dust with icing sugar when cold.
