Winter Yogurt Cake

- 100 g Butter
- 100 g Sugar
- 5 packet Vanilla sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 200 g Gingerbread yogurt
- 300 g Flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
Mix the margarine with the sugar and vanilla sugar well, then stir in the eggs one by one. Stir in yoghurt and finally stir in the flour / baking powder mixture briefly, pour into a greased tube base insert of the springform pan and bake in an oven preheated to 150 ° C for about 50 minutes. Dust with icing sugar when cold.
