Garlic Ciabatta

Servings: 3 people

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 Ciabatta
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 section Parchment paper

Instructions

  • Cut the ciabatta once lengthways and if you like, often across it, depending on how big the pieces should be later. Put the olive oil in a bowl. Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves, add to the oil with salt and parsley and stir. (If you like, you can also add chopped fresh chilli) Now massage the marinade into the bread along the cut surfaces. Soak the baking paper under running water, squeeze it out well and wrap the ciabatta tightly in it. Bake at 180 C for approx. 10-15 minutes until crispy. This way, even bread rolls 1-2 days old will be crispy and fresh again!
