Hearty White Cabbage Salad

- 1 Fresh white cabbage
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 100 g Ham cubes
- 1 Diced onion
- 1 tsp Caraway seed
- 1 tbsp Grated table horseradish
- Vinegar
- 75 ml Vegetable or meat broth
- Salt and pepper, chayenne pepper
- 50 ml Olive oil
Add the horseradish, the vinegar (I use herb vinegar) and the broth and bring to the boil once. Remove from heat, season with salt, pepper and chayenne pepper and stir in the olive oil.
