Bread: Sage and Garlic Bread

Ingredients

  • 250 g Wheat flour 1050
  • 1 packet Dry yeast
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 150 ml Water warm
  • 1 tbsp Sage fresh
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 shot Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • Chop the sage and garlic, put all the ingredients in a food processor, knead into a firm dough and let rise for an hour, covered.
  • Knead the dough again and shape it into a loaf of bread, cut into a tray and let stand again covered. Then at 200 C ° in the preheated oven for about half an hour.
