Cherry Cheese Cake with Chocolate Base

- 125 g Cold butter
- 100 g Butter
- 250 g Flour
- 1 Slightly heaped teaspoon of cocoa
- 175 g Sugar
- 5 Eggs
- 1 glass Morello cherries
- 750 g Quark
- 100 g Sweet cream
- 1 packet Vanilla custard powder
- 1 glass Cherry jam 340gr
- 50 g Dark chocolate
- Salt
- 1 packet Red cake glaze
Knead 250 grams of flour, cocoa, 50 grams of sugar, 1 pinch of salt, 1 egg, 125 grams of butter in pieces under the cooled chocolate. Cover and chill the dough for approx. 30 minutes.
