Avocado Crayfish Pan

- 1 piece Ripe avocado
- 1 piece Chili pepper finely chopped
- 2 piece Garlic cloves chopped
- 0,5 piece Lemon juice freshly squeezed from
- 150 g Crayfish (noble crayfish) cooked ready-made product
- 1 tablespoon Virgin olive oil
- 4 Discs Spicy cheese to gratinate
- 4 Discs Salt
- 4 Discs Chilli (cayenne pepper) - own production
- 1 bunch Fresh parsley
- 2 piece Fresh tomatoes
- 250 large Tagliatelle
Cut the avocado in half. Remove the core and peel off the shell. Then cut into cubes. Immediately drizzle with the squeezed lemon so that it doesn't get dark. Then sprinkle with a little salt and cayenne.
Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the chilli and garlic in it a little. Add the crabs and fry everything again briefly. Now mix in the avocado and chopped parsley. Cover everything with any type of spicy cheese and let it stand with the lid on until the cheese has melted.
Sieve the pasta, which has meanwhile been cooked firm to the bite, and divide 2 plates on two plates. Avocado preparation on top. Put tomato slices all around, seasoned as desired. Good Appetite.
