Pastries: Mini Donuts

- 80 g Spelt flour type 630
- 80 g Wholemeal spelt flour
- 1 tsp Tartar baking powder
- 0,5 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Msp Ground vanilla
- 3 tbsp Maple syrup
- 30 g Raw cane sugar
- 1 tsp Peanut butter
- 170 ml Vegetable milk
- 2 tbsp Sweet lupine flour
- 2 tsp Chia seeds
Mix all dry ingredients and briefly stir in the liquid ingredients. The dough shouldn't be too runny or too firm.
Pour the batter into the wells of a mini donut maker. I have a waffle iron that I can swap out the iron on. Bake for a few minutes and then either enjoy lukewarm or cover with a powdered sugar glaze or chocolate glaze.
