Mix all ingredients for the marinade together.
The quantities for the marinade are approximate and can be changed to suit your taste.
Put the meat in a freezer bag, add the marinade and knead the bag a little with your hands.
Let it sit overnight.
Dab with paper towels before grilling.
Since the marinade contains sugar because of the chilli sauce, grill the meat, turning it regularly, otherwise it will turn black.
Bring the marinade to the boil briefly on the stove and serve with the meat.
