- 260 g Flour
- 130 g Sugar
- 150 ml Milk
- 100 ml Cream
- 3 piece Eggs
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 3 tbsp Sunflower oil
- Sugar script pastel (Dr. Oetker)
- Sifted powdered sugar
- 0,25 Tl Sunflower oil
For the basic dough for donuts: put flour, vanilla sugar, sunflower oil (3 tablespoons), milk, baking powder, eggs in a bowl and mix everything together to form a smooth dough.
Brush the waffle iron plate for mini donuts with a little oil. Always put a tablespoon of batter into the wells and bake 60 donuts one after the other. Cover with powdered sugar or garnish with sugar writing.
