- 750 g Waxy potatoes
- 1 teaspoon Caraway seed
- 1 teaspoon Sweet paprika powder
- 1 teaspoon Chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil

First, the potatoes are washed in a pasta sieve.
Now quarter the potatoes and put them in a bowl.
The oven is set to 200 degrees with top and bottom heat. A baking sheet with baking paper is being prepared.
In a new bowl, stir the rosemary, caraway seeds, oregano, paprika powder and chilli powder with the oil.
Then add it to the potatoes in the other bowl and stir again with a spoon.
Now the potatoes are placed on the baking sheet and put in the oven for 40 minutes.
