Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 750 g Waxy potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Caraway seed
  • 1 teaspoon Sweet paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions

  • First, the potatoes are washed in a pasta sieve.
  • Now quarter the potatoes and put them in a bowl.
  • The oven is set to 200 degrees with top and bottom heat. A baking sheet with baking paper is being prepared.
  • In a new bowl, stir the rosemary, caraway seeds, oregano, paprika powder and chilli powder with the oil.
  • Then add it to the potatoes in the other bowl and stir again with a spoon.
  • Now the potatoes are placed on the baking sheet and put in the oven for 40 minutes.
