Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces about 5 cm thick and high (the length varies, of course, depending on the length of the potato).
Put well salted water in a saucepan. Add vinegar and bring to the boil. Then put the fries in the water and cook for 8 minutes.
After 8 minutes, carefully drain the fries and let stand in a bowl or the pasta sieve for at least 5 minutes. It's best to stop steaming the fries so they're as dry as possible and crispy.
While the fries are evaporating, preheat the oven including the baking sheet (without baking paper!) To 230 degrees top and bottom heat.
As soon as the fries are no longer steaming add the peanut oil and mix gently. Then place the fries on the hot baking sheet and bake for 30-40 minutes. After 15-20 minutes, carefully turn the fries.
When the cooking time is over, drain the oil and place the fries in a bowl lined with kitchen paper. and dab something off the sides. Then remove the paper towel and add the fries seasoning salt. Good Appetite!
