Pizza with Fresh Goat Cheese and Honey

- 1 tbsp Dry yeast
- 200 ml Lukewarm water
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- 4 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 400 g Pizza tomatoes canned
- 150 g Goat cream cheese
- 0,5 bunch Marjoram fresh
- 1 tbsp Honey liquid
- Salt and pepper
For the pizza dough: put the flour, yeast, water, oil and salt in a bowl and knead with the dough hook for at least 3 minutes until the dough is nice and elastic. Let the dough rest in a warm place for 30 minutes. Knead the yeast dough well again and let it rest for another 45 minutes. Roll out the yeast dough on baking paper.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Distribute the tomato sauce evenly on the pizza dough. Cut the goat cheese into slices and spread over the tomato sauce, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pluck the majora leaves from the stalks and roughly chop them. Scatter the majora over the pizza and the Spread honey over it.
