Chicken Kebab Skewer

Ingredients

Chicken + marinade:

  • 800 g Fresh chicken breast
  • 200 g Boneless chicken thighs
  • 150 g Cream yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Gyros spice
  • 2 tbsp Kebab spice

Doner kebab plate:

  • 1 half Iceberg lettuce
  • 300 g Fresh red cabbage
  • 2 piece Onion
  • Aioli
  • Salad sauce

Extra:

  • French fries
  • 1 Meat skewer
  • Alternatively 3 kebab skewers + 1/2 onion

Instructions

Chicken + marinade:

  • Put the meat on the day before preparation !!!! Cut the breast and leg meat into very thin schnitzel. Mix the yogurt with the spices and mix well with the meat slices! Marinate in the refrigerator overnight!

Kebab Ingredients:

  • Clean the salad, pluck it into pieces, wash and spin. Grate the red cabbage into fine strips. Peel the onions and cut into fine rings! If you like, you can also take tomatoes. We don't like them raw! :-)

Chicken doner: oven 200 ° top / bottom heat!

  • Place the skewer in a baking dish. Then pull the chicken evenly on the skewer. Wrap compactly with cling film and place in the refrigerator until baked!
  • Meanwhile prepare the aioli and salad dressing! See recipes below!

Pike:

  • Place the skewer in the preheated oven! I used a puncture meter! Stitch: 75 degrees !! Otherwise stew the skewer in the oven for about 2 hours! Then switch off the oven and let the skewer rest a little! In the meantime, prepare french fries! I always do it in the actiry ...

Aioli:

  • Aioli without egg - No. 2

Salad dressing:

  • Salad Sauce - Universal
  • Spread the salad, red cabbage, onions, some salad sauce and aioli on plates! Cut the kebab meat off the skewer with a sharp knife and add to the salad. Serve with fries!
  • It was really SSSUUUUPER delicious! :-)

P.S.

  • If you don't have a meat skewer, take half an onion and place the cut edge in a baking dish, stick 3 Schashlik skewers in, done! But you can also buy some on the Internet! :-)
