Buttermilk Bread with Raisins

Ingredients

  • 500 ml Buttermilk
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 5 cups Spelt flour type 630
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 100 g Raisins

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together and place in a baking dish lined with baking paper, put in the non-preheated oven and bake for about 45 minutes. Let the bread cool down well.
  • 1 cup corresponds to about 100 grams
