Buttermilk Bread with Raisins

- 500 ml Buttermilk
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 5 cups Spelt flour type 630
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
- 100 g Raisins
Mix all ingredients together and place in a baking dish lined with baking paper, put in the non-preheated oven and bake for about 45 minutes. Let the bread cool down well.
1 cup corresponds to about 100 grams
