for the marinade
- Chili powder
- Pepper
- Salt
- Paporika powder
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoon Beer
For the chicken holder
- 1 Can Beer
- 1 whole Chicken with no inside
For the marinade
Mix all the ingredients for the marinade together and brush the chicken with it
Feel the beer in the chicken holder, alternatively a fireproof glass or bottle would work, or the beer can itself, which is not so good. Put the chicken on the holder
and fry in the oven at 150-180 degrees for 1 hour
We always eat French fries with red cabbage with this, but other things also fit
