Feta

Wild garlic

Herbal cream cheese

tbsp
Olive oil
Chilli flakes
Instructions
Crumble the feta with your hands and place in a soup plate.
Work in the cream cheese and oil with a fork until a creamy mixture is formed.
Then mix in the chopped wild garlic leaves and season with chilli flakes.
Serve on fresh baguette or flatbread.
