Grandma Manuela's Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 500 g Pasta
  • 1 Can Peas and carrots
  • 1 Can Pineapple pieces
  • 500 g Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Salt and pepper
  • 1 Can Pineapple juice

Instructions

  • First cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet and let it cool down. Then drain the peas and carrots and put them in a salad bowl with the cooked noodles. Then drain the pineapple pieces and collect the juice and add the pineapple pieces to the salad. Then mix the mayonnaise, yoghurt and pineapple juice together in a mug and season with salt and pepper. Then pour the salad sauce you have just mixed over the salad and mix well. Put in the fridge overnight and grill or just serve the next day.
