Asparagus and Ham Baguette

Ingredients

  • 10 Pc. Baguette slices
  • 1 Pc. Butter
  • 5 Discs Bacon
  • 5 Discs Slices of cheese
  • Asparagus and ham ragout rest
  • 100 g Grated Emmental
  • Parsley frsch

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 210 ° degrees!

  • Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Butter the baguette slices. Place half a slice of bacon and half a slice of cheese on each baguette. Then distribute the rest of the ragout evenly on top.
  • Sprinkle the baguette with cheese and bake in the oven at the bottom for about 15-20 minutes. In the meantime, wash, shake and chop the parsley. Take the baguette out of the oven and let it cool down briefly. Sprinkle with parsley!
  • Serve. There was also a salad! :-)
