Mix the soda, sugar, salt and yoghurt. Add the flour spoon by spoon and mix everything into a smooth dough that won't stick to your hands. Divide the dough into 5-6 portions and shape into balls. One after the other, roll out the balls into thin flatbreads (approx. 2-3 millimeters). Place a slice of ham on the flatbread, sprinkle with cheese and fold up. Roll up the edges and close tightly. I pressed the edges together with a fork. Heat the oil in a pan and bake the resulting pockets one after the other in the pan until they are nicely browned. Enjoy it while still warm. Good Appetite
You can also fill the pockets with cream cheese, salami, etc., depending on your own taste.
