Souvlaki Skewers

Servings: 2 people
- 400 g Turkey breast
- 2 piece Onions
- 2 piece Tomatoes
- 2 piece Garlic cloves
- 100 g Baby spinach
- 0,5 handful Parsley leaves
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- Salt and pepper for seasoning
- Some lemon juice
- 1 pack Uncel Ben’s Express Greek Djuvec rice
Cut the meat into large pieces. Peel the onions and cut into wide wedges. Place the onion wedges and the meat alternately on approx. 4 skewers. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems and cut into wedges. Peel and slice the garlic. Wash the spinach and parsley.
Heat half of the olive oil in a large pan and fry the skewers for about 5 minutes. Turn more often and season with salt and pepper. Then add the tomatoes and parsley and fry for another 3 minutes. Drizzle everything with lemon juice and season again with salt and pepper.
Heat the remaining olive oil in the pot and fry the garlic in it. Add the spinach and let it collapse for a moment. Now add Uncle Ben’s Express Greek Djuvec rice, mix and heat for approx. 2 minutes.
Arrange rice, skewers and tomatoes.
