For the dough
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp Vanlle sugar
- 2 tablespoon Butter / margarine
- 2 tablespoon Nut nougat cream
- 1,5 Cup Flour
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Shot glass Cherry brandy
For decoration
- Powdered sugar
- Lemon juice
- Food color red
- Sour cherries from the glass
Mix all ingredients for the dough together well
Put half of the dough up to half in a greased muffin pan, add one of the mon cheris and cover with the rest of the dough.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes. Let muffins cool down-
Mix powdered sugar with lemon juice in 2 bowls in a powdered sugar lemon measure as you like, add the food coloring and brush the muffins with both powdered sugar mixtures and decorate with the cherries
