Jacket Potato Curd Diet Food

Ingredients

  • 280 g Potatoes (triplets)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Whole caraway seeds
  • 1 tsp Ground turmeric
  • 100 g Low-Fat quark
  • 100 g Radish
  • 35 g 1 Onion peeled
  • 20 g Spring onions / cleaned
  • 7 g 1 piece of ginger peeled
  • 0,5 tsp Mild curry powder
  • 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 2 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 2 tbsp Cooking cream
  • 1 tbsp Chive rolls
  • 1 basil tip
  • 1 radish

Instructions

  • Wash the potatoes, cook in salted water (1 teaspoon salt) with whole caraway seeds (1 teaspoon) and ground turmeric (1 teaspoon) for about 20 minutes, drain and peel off. Clean, wash and finely dice the radishes. Save a radish for the garnish. Peel onion and chop finely. Clean and wash the spring onions and cut into fine rings. Peel and finely dice the ginger. Pour all ingredients (100 g quark, diced radish, diced onion, spring onion rings, diced ginger, ½ teaspoon mild curry powder, 2 big pinches of coarse sea salt from the mill and 2 big pinches of colorful pepper from the mill) into a bowl and mix well / mix. Finally add / fold in the cooking cream (2 tbsp). Jacket potato quark diet meal garnished with a radish and a basil tip and sprinkled with chives, serve.
