Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top / bottom heat (or 180 degrees convection).
Measure and mix the dry ingredients. Add the liquid ingredients and mix everything thoroughly to form a light dough.
Approx. Put 250g of the light dough in a loaf pan and stir the cocoa powder and the rest of the soy milk into the remaining dough.
Place the dark dough on top of the light dough in the mold and move a fork through the dough in a spiral.
Bake the cake for 40 minutes.
