Mixed Rye Bread

Servings: 4 people
For the dough:
- 350 g Rye flour
- 350 g Wheat flour
- 1 packet Dry yeast
- 2 tsp Salt
- 500 ml Warm water
For the dough:
Put the flour in a bowl.
Add the dry yeast and mix.
Add salt and warm water and knead everything well.
Let the dough rise for several hours.
Knead the dough again and place in a floured cast iron saucepan.
Dust the dough with a little flour and score twice with the knife.
Place the pot with the lid in the preheated oven.
Bake at 230 degrees top and bottom heat for about 30 minutes with the lid on.
Remove the lid and bake at 200 degrees top and bottom heat for another 20 minutes without the lid.
