Yogurt and pulp should be as cold as possible. Cut a ripe avocado around the hard core and spoon out the pulp. Wash, peel and halve the papaya lengthways and remove the grains. Cut the pulp into walnut-sized pieces. To garnish, cut 2 tablespoons of the pulp into small cubes.
Put all ingredients in the blender and puree for 1 minute at the highest level until foamy and season to taste. Pour into sufficiently large glasses, garnish and serve with a drinking straw and long teaspoon.
