Puree the aloe vera fillet, then add the eggs and beat until frothy. Set the mixture aside. Grate 1-2 organic lemons. Squeeze the lemons. Put 300g flour in a large bowl. Add the other ingredients one after the other: sugar, oil, baking powder, bourbon vanilla, pinch of salt and carefully mix into a cake batter. Finally, carefully fold in the aloe vera - egg mixture so that the mixture becomes fluffy. Then put the mixture in a greased loaf pan (28cm). The aloe vera fillet contains bitter substances (essential for bile and liver). We can no longer taste the bitter substances in raw cake batter after baking.
Put the filled cake tin into the oven preheated to 175 degrees and bake for about 90 minutes.
