Peanut Butter Speculoos Balls

Ingredients

  • 250 g Spice speculoos
  • 200 g Peanut butter
  • 200 g Dark couverture chocolate

Instructions

  • Finely chop the speculoos biscuits in a lightning chopper or in a food processor. Mix with peanut butter to an even mass. Shape balls with damp hands and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Melt the couverture in a water bath and evenly coat the balls with the couverture.
